Excellent PT! Zach’s expertise and experience are far beyond any other PT I’ve ever had treatment from. I’m stronger, I hurt less and I’m getting back to the sport I love after being sidelined by chronic hip pain. I recommend him to everyone I know who needs PT!

Zach is an absolutely phenomenal PT and I cannot recommend him enough. I have gone to him for multiple injuries and he knows exactly what to do and gives me all the information I could possibly want surrounding my issues. He’s truly an artist in his craft and a great human being. I’m very thankful for Zach to help me through my active lifestyle and highly recommend him and the Trustrength team

Dr. Adam is a very knowledgeable and empathetic PT. He is great at evaluating and understanding issues and coming up with a treatment plan that works for me as an individual. Highly recommend Trustrength and Adam for athletes
Will I have to stop training while I rehab?
Not here you don’t. We design your plan to keep you lifting, running, or playing, pain-free from day one with smart modifications and customized recovery plans.
Why pay out-of-network when in-network is cheaper?
Is in-network cheaper? It’s pretty expensive to still feel broken after they release you. Which is what many of our former clients have dealt with. Insurance tells us how to treat, and it’s not effective. We bill the way we do to make sure you get the treatment that actually works.
How soon will I see and feel progress?
We want you walking out of here on day one with relief. We expect progress each week because we use aggressive treatment protocols that work.
I’m busy, can I actually make appointments?
Yes. We offer early mornings, evenings, weekends, and telehealth check-ins. You pick the times that fit your work and family life.

Step 1: Talk Through What’s Going On
We start with a relaxed, one-on-one free call or visit where we listen to your story, take a look at how you move, explain what we see, and walk through options that keep you training.
Step 2: Train, Treat, and Adjust Around Your Schedule
We map out your sessions and home plan together, then get to work: hands-on treatment, sport-specific exercises, and clear check-ins that fit your calendar, not the other way around.
Step 3: Review, Refine, and Keep You Moving
We regularly review your progress, fine-tune your plan as needed, and invite honest feedback or a review so you know we’re staying accountable to your results.
Are These Pain And Training Problems Hitting A Little Too Close To Home?
Ask yourself a few quick questions:
Does pain show up every time you run, lift, or play your sport?
Are you scaling back workouts or skipping days because you’re worried it will get worse?
Do you feel stuck between “just rest” and generic PT that doesn’t know your sport?
Worried you’ll have to stop training right when you’re chasing a goal?
If you’re nodding yes, it’s time for a plan that fits your life and your sport.

This is not a good fit if:
You seek a quick or surface-level fix
You prioritize the lowest upfront cost over sustained relief
You prefer DIY trials instead of a thorough diagnosis
This is a great fit if:
You want lasting, reliable results
You welcome a professional assessment and expert guidance
You value a solution designed once and built to last
It's time to stop resting and waiting.
It's time to feel better.
Give your body the expert, dialed-in support it deserves, before another training day slips away.
